Real Starry（以下「当方」）は、iPhone アプリ「StarLens」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報その他のデータを収集しません。当方のサーバーや第三者に情報を送信することはありません。
2. 端末内で利用する情報
本アプリは機能の提供のため、以下の情報を端末内でのみ利用します。これらが端末の外に送信・保存されることはありません。
- カメラ：写っている星を検出し、天体を同定するため。映像は保存しません。
- 位置情報（おおよその位置）：方位・恒星時の計算と月の位置補正のため。利用は任意で、許可しなくても本アプリは使えます。
- モーションセンサー（ジャイロ・加速度・方位）：iPhone の向きに合わせて表示を補正するため。
表示設定やカメラの補正値は、端末内（アプリの設定領域）に保存されます。アプリを削除すると消去されます。
3. 第三者への提供・広告・トラッキング
本アプリは広告を表示せず、解析ツールやトラッキング技術も使用しません。情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
4. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは年齢を問わず利用でき、お子様を含むいかなる利用者の情報も収集しません。
5. お問い合わせの取り扱い
本アプリについてメールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレス、お名前、お問い合わせ内容を、返信と本アプリの改善のためにのみ利用します。
- メールは Google LLC（米国）の Gmail で保管します。
- 返信文の作成の補助と、簡単なご質問への自動返信のため、お問い合わせ内容を Anthropic, PBC（米国）の AI サービス（Claude API）で処理します。Anthropic は、この API で送られた内容を AI の学習に使用しません。AI が自動でお送りする返信には、その旨を明記します。
- 不具合やご要望は、お名前・メールアドレス・詳しい場所など個人を特定できる情報を除いて要約し、開発用の管理ツール（GitHub, Inc.（米国）の非公開リポジトリ）に記録します。
- 米国には日本と同等の個人情報保護制度はありませんが、これらの事業者はそれぞれ個人情報の保護のための措置を講じています。
- お問い合わせの記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記までご連絡ください。
6. 改定
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページで告知します。

StarLens does not collect any personal information or other data. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
To work, the app uses the following only on your device; none of it leaves the device or is stored beyond the app’s own settings:
- Camera — to detect the stars in view and identify sky objects. Images are not saved.
- Approximate location (optional) — to compute direction and sidereal time and to correct the Moon’s position.
- Motion sensors — to keep labels aligned as you move the iPhone.
Display settings and a camera calibration value are stored locally and removed when the app is deleted. The app shows no ads and uses no analytics or tracking. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Support emails. If you email us about the app, we use your email address, name and message only to reply and to improve the app. Emails are stored in Gmail (Google LLC, USA). To help write replies and to answer simple questions automatically, the message is processed by Anthropic’s AI service (Claude API; Anthropic, PBC, USA), which does not use it to train AI models; replies sent automatically by the AI say so. Bug reports and feature requests are summarized without names, email addresses, detailed locations or other identifying details and recorded in a private development tracker (GitHub, Inc., USA). Ask us any time to delete your support correspondence.
